We have very seldom wind here at Regensburg, Germany. Unfortunately this was one of the few nights with wind (about 4Bft) and the telescope is fully exposused to the wind since we do not use a dome. Therefore all the stars are elongated in 3 of the 5 exposures. Maximum guiding errors has been 2" due to the wind which is clearly visible in the above image..
We have installed a light shield which is a problem with wind. However I am very satisfied with the fact that the free standing telescope can stand about 3Bft without problems. This will allow to use the telescope in a dome or other enclosure with maybe up to 6 Bft.

I have made some deconvolution on the bright center part and made a logarithmic scaling to show the very bright parts of the nebula which have been close to saturation. If you are interested, klick on the left image for a larger view on this very interesting part of the nebula.
